Gruppo Vinci is a combination of passion, tradition, history, values, experience and expertise in the industry of coffee.

We are specialized in modern and elegant coffee grinders. Across decades and years of expertise and research we have optimized our resources to design and manufacture efficient, reliable and consistent coffee grinders.

Every single  grinder encompasses years of research, exploration and study to deliver the best product and service in the market. Coffee is very precious to us; we take care of the entire process from bean to cup with respect for people and nature.

The constant attention to details makes Vinci a symbol of excellence. We use special grinder burrs made with the astounding steel M340. Vinci grinder burrs are produced by a number-controlled device, allowing for a manufacturing process that is all in one phase and thus ensuring high repeatability and very high standard for each and every grinder burr.

100% “MADE IN ITALY”, our passion and craftsmanship goes into our grind to guarantee the best quality inherited from our ancestors. Vinci grinders are assembled in ITALY where artisanal knowledge and innovation are melded.
